Broad Brook Brewing Company Beer Description
This unfiltered brew is our version of a New England Style IPA. A juicy blend of Columbus, Mosaic, and Citra hops, displaying an earthy and piney undertone enhanced by multiple dry hopping additions exploding with bold citrus, grapefruit, tropical flavors and aromas balanced with a softer mouth feel from the higher protein malts and lower attenuation.
