Cidery Notes. It's the recipe that started it all - the inspiration for Cider Creek Hard Cider. This semi-dry Grape Cider is made with 100% New York apples and grape juice. The man behind the recipe, is my late brother Albert Byron Collins, "Chip". This release is a tribute to his love for hard cider and our family farm. If you drive up County Road 109 in the Canisteo Valley, NY you'll find this barn and catch a glimpse of the beauty of the farm to which he dedicated his life.
