Geometry! Diagonal lines!
It's good to see a state develop its own IPA style, like Maine or New Hampshire. This concept really breaks down the East Coast / West Coast debate into much smaller puzzle pieces. Such is the case with Epiphany, a Maine IPA from Foundation Brewing Company out of Portland.
Final Gravity is 1.012, for those who care.
Brewery Notes. Epiphany was designed to showcase the glorious flavors and aromatics of hops. Hop flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, pine and spice blend to provide you with a sublimely juicy experience. East or West Coast? No, this is a Maine IPA.
