Nah, drink responsibly. Gneiss's Hefeweizen was a great summer beer. Good for tubing down the Saco. Good for golfing in Falmouth. Good for a day trip to Peaks Island, or taking Frye's Leap.

Gneiss Brewing has kindly included instructions on how to pour a hefeweizen.
- Pour 3/4 of the can into a clean 20 oz. beer glass
- Swirl remaining contents to suspend yeast
- Finish pour and enjoy your Gneiss Weiss

Brewery Notes. Tasting Notes - Gneiss Weiss is our take on a classic German Hefeweizen. Soft, clean and crisp with ester produced notes of banana (isoamyl acetate). Very restrained phenolic presence. Cascade hops provide a somewhat non-traditional lemon/citrus finish. Pairs well with delicate and robust food alike.
