Tasting Notes - Gneiss Weiss is our take on a classic German Hefeweizen. Soft, clean and crisp with ester produced notes of banana (isoamyl acetate). Very restrained phenolic presence. Cascade hops provide a somewhat non-traditional lemon/citrus finish. Pairs well with delicate and robust food alike.
