Using 100% Wild Yeast that is as locally-sourced as fruit and hops that they use, Hermit Thrush is equal parts dedicated to their community, sustainability, and the sour beers they brew. Because at Hermit Thrush, everything is sour.

Hermit Thrush even does their seltzer sour, building a line up of hard seltzers under the Sunset Lake series. "Real wild yeast, real fruit, real herbs, and gorgeous Vermont water from our favorite local water reservoir, the real Sunset Lake."

Also, they are a member of the Green Brewery cohort.
