Brewery Notes. Interstellar is our third collaboration with our friends and neighbors at Aeronaut Brewing Co. (Somerville MA). Hazy and smooth, this ale features Maine-grown pils malts and a hop blend of Mosaic, Eureka, Chinook, and Pacific Jade. Juicy and dank, this beer blends notes of passionfruit and fresh pineapple with a snappy finish. Keep cold and enjoy fresh!
