Melvin Brewing, a Great American Beer Festival "Small Brewpub & Brewer of the Year" award winner brings us their very own version of a pale ale in Hubert. Hubert took home awards at both the Great American Beer Festival and AmeriCAN in 2016 & 2017, including a "Best of Show". So, hustle and buy some cans for your secret mini fridge or a keg for your kegerator.
Brewery Notes. Hubert? I’ve heard of him. A friend of a friend knows him. Apparently he’s awesome, but we’ve never met. Well. It’s about time you did. Most you connoisseurs would just call him an IPA, but we call him an MPA. The Melvin Pale Ale. A welcomed hand shake to your taste buds. Light, crisp, fresh and a little bitty bitter. Lets just say he won’t be that jerk that leaves you at the bar at 2am. He’s low in alcohol. What a nice guy ... that Hubert. This is Melvin's version of what a pale ale should be. Flavors of citrus and pine lead the way to a bouquet of tropical fruit. Brewed with 2-row, C-15 and hopped with CTZ, Simcoe and Citra.
