Mt. Uncanoonuc
Some beers were made for sitting in an Adirondack chair and admiring the scenery. Mt. Uncanoonuc is one such brew.

Founded in 1994, Stark Brewing is one of the fun breweries in Manchester, New Hampshire. Their cream ale, Mt. Uncanoonuc, has a well balanced malt/hop profile, with decent carbonation and an overall smooth mouthfeel. Maybe a hint of honey, maybe a hint of spice, but definitely a note or two of bread.
Stark Brewing Company Beer Description
Hail the Ale
This beer is named after the Uncanoonuc Mountains in nearby Goffstown. Cream ales were first brewed to compete with brewers making pale lagers in the Northeast and designed to be light and drinkable. We ferment ours longer and at a colder temperature to give it a crisp, clean finish.
A taste of history.
Made with barley, wheat, hops, water.
