Not to be outdone by the wide array of soft drinks gone hard, SunnyD enters the market with their own hard seltzer. Sure beats pulling the "purple stuff" out of the fridge. Unless of course the "purple stuff" is a Grape Gatorade.
Anyway, this drink changes everything about Saturday morning cartoons and wiffle ball games out in the backyard. What was once sweet and innocent - and if we're being honest, a bit plastic tasting - is now a boozy canned cocktail ready for foldable chairs and lounging.
We can't say that we're really surprised that the Harvest Hill Beverage Company, the parent of the SunnyD brand, has designed, market tested and approved this hard seltzer for sale and consumption. After all, they are in business to make a dollar.
