405 Brewing Co in Norman had a live band playing when we arrived. Always good to hear some tunes whilst we drink some local brews. Typical story: two buddies got together, started brewing, and then found some success opening up their own digs.

They attend the annual Oklahoma Craft Beer Festival at the Oklahoma City State Fair Park Pavilion.

Things We've Written

What is the best beer for beer batter?

There's no one single choice when it comes to choosing the best beer to mix with your batter-making ingredients - egg, flour, and (optional) spice. Choose a beer that matches the spirit of the meal that you are looking to cook. That's what it is most important.

Craft Beer Variety Packs

The craft beer variety pack is the world's biggest gamble. You could get introduced to your next favorite IPA. Or, you could get stuck with Old Fezziwig.

Dog-inspired Craft Beer and Brewery names

In the eternal fight for man's (and woman's) best friendship, are two forces of nature, beer, and dogs. Craft brewers around the United States have done an excellent job of marrying the two, either in their chosen brewery name, a specific craft beer, or, in the case of Everett, Massachusetts' own Bone Up Brewing Company, creating a whole craft beer series dedicated to dogs.
