How's Hogwarts doing, kid?

This double dry hopped American Pale Ale was pleasant on the ol' palette. Bit of malt, bit of citrus, bit of everything really and none too much of it.
The kid on the can looks like a cross between Harry Potter and Waldo from Van Halen's Hot for Teacher video.
Anyway, it's fairly similar to BBC's Steel Rail Ale in overall taste. Then again, that could be because we drank them on consecutive nights.
Brewery Notes. The next step in the evolution of our pale ale: Several configurations of hops. This version of Obligatory is Double Dry Hopped with Citra & El Dorado
