Drink Distribution Guidelines:

  • Casual Daytime: 60% beer, 25% wine, 5% liquor, 10% non-alcoholic
  • Evening Party: 50% beer, 30% wine, 15% liquor, 5% non-alcoholic
  • Formal Event: 30% beer, 50% wine, 15% liquor, 5% non-alcoholic
  • Wedding Reception: 40% beer, 40% wine, 15% liquor, 5% non-alcoholic

Beer Options:

  • Cases: Standard case = 24 × 12oz bottles/cans
  • 1/2 Barrel Keg: 15.5 gallons = ~165 12oz servings = ~7 cases
  • 1/4 Barrel Keg: 7.75 gallons = ~82 12oz servings = ~3.5 cases
  • 1/6 Barrel Keg: 5.16 gallons = ~55 12oz servings = ~2.3 cases
  • Cornelius Keg: 5 gallons = ~53 12oz servings = ~2.2 cases

Wine & Liquor:

  • Wine Bottle: 750ml = approximately 5 standard servings (5oz each)
  • Liquor Bottle: 750ml = approximately 17 shots (1.5oz each)
  • Champagne: Plan 1 bottle per 2 guests for toasts
