Buddha's Juice

American Double IPA brewed with ten plus hops including amarillo, centennial, kohatu, summit, and simcoe. Near the end of the boil buddha’s hand and grapefruit peel were added. Mash hopping, hop forwarding, First wort hopping, hop backing and dry hopping were all employed to create a huge hop flavor and aroma. Distinct tropical and citrus fruit juice aroma. - A tribute to the underground music scene that gave Worcester its earthy nickname, the Underground Series celebrates the eclectic and revolutionary tastes of our beloved city. We selected the rare Buddha’s hand, a variety of citron with long fingers and no fruit inside, along with grapefruit peel to create a powerful citrus forward double IPA. Dry hopped with Sorachi Ace to intensify the lemon zest and grapefruit juice profile of this unique brew.
