A really great beer to enjoy on-site at the Tuckerman outdoor beer garden after a morning of floating down the Saco River. If youโ€™re not in the North Conway area, you can still find it on tap around the state of New Hampshire. One thing to note about this American Pale Ale is that you should not store it on its side. The bottle conditioning process, known as krausening, and the fresh fermenting wort that they use will cause it to foam up and over upon opening. Now that we have that covered, the beer itself pours a rich golden color and is exceptionally crisp and packed with flavor. It was originally brewed in the late '90s and has been their flagship brew ever since. ## {{ brewery }}โ€˜sโ€™ Beer Description (on can) Tuckerman Pale Ale is our interpretation of an American pale ale, brewed using the finest English & Belgian malts, plus four different domestic hops. Itโ€™s dry hopped and naturally carbonated in the bottle, thanks to a small amount of fresh fermenting wort we put in the final filtered beer. This age-old conditioning process creates a ""live"" beer, with just a little yeast remaining in the bottom of the bottle. ## Hops & Malts used in the {{ beername }} brewing recipe Local malts from Maine and four types of hops. ## Final thoughts on {{ beername }} Some caramel, some bread, maybe a touch of lemon fruit. The hops are mild and thatโ€™s ok. Weโ€™re fans and weโ€™d pour it again and again.
