Carlson Orchards was established in 1936. That’s just a few years before the ol’ craft beverage revolution, wouldn’t ya say? Leave your puppers at home if you visit the orchard, as it is not a dog-friendly place. We assume the same goes for the Carlson Taproom. ## Hours - Thursday - 11am to 6pm - Friday - 11am to 8pm - Saturday - 11am to 8pm - Sunday - 11am to 6pm They are also open on some Holiday Mondays as well. ## Cider Carlson Orchards produces a few different blends of cider. Tasting flights of the hard cider are available for $6, which is fairly reasonable. Macintosh, Golden Delicious, Macoun, and Honey Crisp apples go into making the hard cider, presumably along with some other varietals. - Harvard Harvest - Honey Crisp - Oak Hill Blend - Shandy Stand ## Food Menu Pub snacks that include Cider donuts, apple sauce, soft pretzels, some pizzas.
