Originally starting a 3.5bbl system and progressing onwards and upwards, Bird Dog brews a fair share of different types of beer, with a range of 4-10% alcohol by volume. We wonder if they sell 1/2 barrels of beer. They sell beer to go. - Bird Dog Amber - Dog Tooth Brown Ale - Hunters Amber - Night Hunt Imperial Stout - Saint Bernard Bourbon-Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - Short Hare IPA A Saint Bernard beer reminds us of those old cartoons where the Saint Bernard would show up in the cold snow and save whomever with a small tap of booze.
