HBC expanded from a small barn, sample-pouring nanobrewery to a large taproom capable of hosting live music in just three years.

Hitchcock Brewing Company (HBC) started small in Whately, MA, just down I-91 from the current brewery. In the beginning, they grew their own hops and brewed in their own barn under the shadow of Mount Sugarloaf.
