The 603 Brewery started in 2012, about an hour's drive north of its current Londonderry beer hall and production facility at Woodmont Commons. Back then, the brewing took place in Campton, which is just north of NH's Lakes Region. 603 features 200 available seats in an open concept beer hall indoors and a multi-table patio outdoors. They are going to need it with the 87-unit apartment building next door.
The new main brewery and beer hall was completed in June of 2019. Bedford's Harvey Construction made sure that the design team of McHenry Architecture and TFMoran, Inc., as well as the 603 Brewery owners vision came to life. Relocating from Liberty Drive across town, the new brewery created 3x the space, giving 603 the chance to add in rental space (603 Barrel Room and Pool), as well as a kitchen to serve some pub grub. Folks can rent the private space, which accommodates 35 individually, or 70 people altogether.

603 Brewery and Beer Hall Beer
Brewing all beer types, 603 Brewery started with the Winni Ale, a mid-range 6.6% American Amber/Red ale, their number one selling beer. Why mid-range? The 603 keeps their ABVs in check, ranging from 4-8%. Anything more than 8% and Braun Bay gets blusterous.
Rounding out the core brew list is the Scenic NEIPA and the 603 IPA. They have seasonal offerings and the E09, the experimental craft beer line. The 603 Brewery will serve you tasting flights in little beer cup pans. And, they run some bourbon barrel brews from time to time.
They do guest taps from other local NH breweries. Plus, you can grab 32oz and 64oz growlers to go, as well as sixth barrel kegs.

603 Brewery Logo
Setting aside the illustrated hops and/or barley that other brewery logos rely on is the strong NH state outline with the area code inside. Only way to craft beer in NH harder than that would be to crush a 603 IPA in a pool that was the shape of NH. We'll save that idea for the Governors Island estate we haven't purchased yet.
