Walkable from a day of shopping at The Garment District or to the (now closed) pool hall, Flat Top Johnny’s, Lamplighter Brewing is an excellent taproom that can be found in The Port, a neighborhood sandwiched in between Central Square and Inman Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. ## {{ brewery }} Hours The taproom is currently closed. Here are the retail hours. - TUE. - SAT. 11 AM - MIDNIGHT - SUN. - MON. 11 AM - 10 PM ### Beer Garden Hours The Lamplighter beer garden is only available via reservation. - MON. - FRI. 4 PM - 10 PM - SAT. - SUN. 12 PM - 10 PM ## Beer Lamplighter goes deep on beer styles, from the staples, such as IPAs and Pilsners, to a bit more diverse brews like Bourbon Wolves, a Porter aged in Bourbon Barrels, and Kendall Square, a Barrel-aged Mixed Fermentation Sour with strawberries Madagascar bourbon vanilla. LBCO covers the major Cambridge squares in their beers, including Central Square, Harvard Square, Inman Square, and of course, Kendall. They also collaborate with Aeronaut Brewing just outside of Somerville’s Union Square. Interstellar, their third collab, is a delightfully smooth DIPA that lives up to it’s “snappy finish” billing. ## Coffee Like Night Shift Brewing, Lamplighter is another Boston area brewery that is in on the coffee game. Hopefully at some point they will distribute throughout all of New England.
