Trillium's Landmark Center locale is a short walk from Kenmore Square and is (somewhat) accessible via the St. Mary's Street Green Line station across the bridge in Brookline. Another option is to take the commuter rail in, which is handy if you live in Worcester. We mention this because parking is hit or miss in the area, unless you want to get your wallet jammed up by an expensive garage around the block.
Other than that, the indoor/outdoor space is pretty sweet. Bunch of tables for outdoor beverage consumption alongside a classy "greenhouse" styled indoor space. What Trillium's Fenway space doesn't do is late night, as they close at 10pm at the latest. And on game day, you should expect massive crowds.
